How long will my order take to be shipped?
Once your order has been placed, we aim to process and dispatch it within 1–3 working days. In most cases, orders are sent out the next working day after processing.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
NZ Post Economy – Urban Shipping
Up to 3 working days — $7.50
NZ Post Courier – Urban Shipping
Next working day — $9.50
NZ Post Economy – Rural Shipping
Up to 3 working days — $13.50
NZ Post Courier – Rural Shipping
Next working day — $15.50
Once your parcel has been collected, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey right to your door.
Please note that delivery time-frames are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, we only ship within New Zealand.

Returns Policy
If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us as soon as possible. We will require the item to be returned before a refund can be processed.
